COMPLAINTS |

The Panel and Ethical committee is constituted according to
section 39 of part 5 of Rajasthan Medical Rules,1957.
The Commette enquire about the complaint under section 36 to 49 of part 5 of
Rajasthan Medical Rules,1957. Council may also enquire the complaint if
required. Council takes the decision by the recommendation made by Panel and
Ethical commette after enquiring all the facts.

The Council may punish the Registered Medical Practitioners as per provision of
section 48(2) of part 5 Rajasthan Medical Rules, 1957. |

Procedure |
|
|
Complaints against any Registered Medical Practitioner can be submitted to
the Council on a Rs. 10.00 Non Judicial Stamp duelly attested by Notary
Public along with all the related documnets in three photo copies.
